My general policy would be to allow HEROINS, although INSHORE might be safer. :) APLOMB is a lovely spot in round 4. Nice numberwork from you tonight, too!
There's only two solutions to round 8, although the first of them looks a bit like the mix was made for it: 502 = 3*3*6*9 + 4*4. The other is a minor variation of that: 502 = (3*6*9 + 4)*3 + 4.
